If you upgrade to ResumeBMH Pro (Monthly or Annual) and find that our AI bullet optimization, ATS scanning, or mock interview prep does not meet your expectations, you can request a full refund within 7 calendar days of your initial payment date.
2. No-Hassle Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription renewal at any time directly from your account settings or pricing page. When you cancel:
- Retain Full Pro Access: You keep full access to all Pro features until the end of your currently paid billing period (no premature access cutoff).
- No Surprise Renewals: You will never be billed again after initiating cancellation.
- Data Retention: All your generated resumes, versions, and cover letters remain safely stored in your account.
3. How to Request a Refund
